Every year we are eager to welcome our incoming 6th graders to our middle schools, and this year is no exception.
To facilitate a successful transition each of our middle schools has orientation sessions for both students and parents.
Join us if you're new to the district and/or want to learn about our Kindergarten Dual Language lottery which is a program at Seth Whitman and Lincoln Elementary Schools.
Kristine Frank, PE Teacher at Washington Academy, received the VFW Teacher of the Year Award on January 20, 2024, and advanced to the District 6 level, where she also received the VFW Teacher of the Year Award. Mrs. Frank is now waiting to hear if she will be advancing to the State level!
We have changed from a one hour delay to a cancellation of school for today, Tuesday, January 23rd.
Road conditions this morning continue to be very slick making it potentially unsafe for staff and students to travel to school. Further, we have had to cancel many of our bus routes.
